RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE


Due to the nature of this business and the products that are sold we offer exchanges only. No refunds will be granted at any time.

Our exchange and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags present.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Makeup, wigs, hosiery, lingerie, balloons, gift cards, gift certificates, or perishable items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be exchanges, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or (for costumes/apparel) if you need a different size. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Life of the Party Attn: Exchanges 4025 S Mason St, Ste B, Fort Collins, CO, 80525, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
